Groupe ESPI was created in 1972 by some of the biggest names in the real estate industry and founded under association status (Law of 1901). It is a private higher education institution whose qualifications are recognised by the State at level 6 (3 years of higher education) and level 7 (5 years of higher education), or school diploma level, and registered with the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP), offering a Bachelor’s degree and a Professional Master’s program (5 specialisations). Groupe ESPI has been operating for almost 50 years, establishing a presence in all the real estate sectors
