 The Real Asset Research Group at the Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia aspires to be a regional leader and centre of excellence in real estate and asset-related research and consultancy. Our strategic vision is to contribute significantly to the advancement of knowledge and practice in the fields of asset and property management, real estate investment analysis, real estate finance, and international real estate studies, particularly within Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
