In celebration of UTM Biodiversity Week and the International Day for Biological Diversity, the UTM Biodiversity Photography Competition 2025 invites students and staff to capture UTM natureโs beauty and biodiversity through the lens of sustainability and coexistence.
Held under the global theme โHarmony with Nature and Sustainable Developmentโ, this competition aims to raise environmental awareness and encourage a deeper appreciation for the balance between humans and the natural environment. Participants are challenged to creatively showcase flora, fauna, ecosystems, or biodiversity scenes that reflect sustainability, conservation, and harmony with nature.
This initiative supports Sustainable Development Goal 15: Life on Land, emphasizing the need to protect, restore, and promote the sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems.

๐ฏ Tema: โKeharmonian dengan Alam dan Pembangunan Mampanโ
Sempena Minggu Biodiversiti UTM dan Hari Antarabangsa Kepelbagaian Biologi, Pertandingan Fotografi Biodiversiti UTM 2025 membuka peluang kepada pelajar dan staf untuk merakam keindahan alam dan biodiversiti di UTM dengan berteraskan konsep kelestarian dan keharmonian.
Bertemakan โKeharmonian dengan Alam dan Pembangunan Mampan,โ pertandingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesedaran terhadap pemuliharaan biodiversiti serta menggalakkan pemahaman mendalam tentang hubungan antara manusia dan alam semula jadi. Penyertaan digalakkan untuk mengetengahkan flora, fauna, ekosistem, atau pemandangan biodiversiti yang menggambarkan mesej kelestarian, pemuliharaan dan keharmonian bersama alam.
Program ini turut menyokong Matlamat Pembangunan Mampan (SDG) 15: Kehidupan di Darat, yang menyeru kepada pemeliharaan dan penggunaan lestari ekosistem daratan.
