The Mass Appraisal, Housing & Planning (MAHP) Research Group at UTM is dedicated to advancing innovative, data-driven solutions in property valuation, housing, and urban planning, with a strong emphasis on real estate integration and community development. The group’s aim is to improve the accuracy, sustainability, and policy relevance of real estate systems, while fostering inclusive urban growth. MAHP’s work links technical valuation models with the social fabric of communities, ensuring that development benefits are widely shared.

Our core components includes-
