Land Administration & Development Studies (LADS) Research Group
Land Administration and Development Studies (LAnDS) Group were established in 2010 to support university research in the land administration and development. Currently this group comprises of fifteen research members whom are specialized in four areas of research- land tenure, land value, land use and land development. LAnDS continues to advance its research on land development to support economic growth. Beyond research, we are now actively engaged in consultancy, training and seminars, also community engagement. We also collaborate closely with key industry stakeholders, including JKPTG, KPKT, local authorities, state authorities, and others, to deliver impactful solutions in our areas of expertise.
