Construction Economics, Law and Policy (CELP)
The Construction Economics Legal and Policy Research Group (CELPRG) is a multidisciplinary research team dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice in the areas of construction economics, law, and policy. CELPRG focuses on critical issues related to the construction industry, including project financing, procurement strategies, regulatory frameworks, contract management, and sustainability policies. By integrating economic analysis with legal and policy perspectives, the group aims to support effective decision-making and governance within the built environment sector. The group actively collaborates with government agencies, industry players, and academic institutions to produce impactful research, contribute to policy formulation, and enhance professional practices in the Malaysian and international Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) landscape.
