BUILDING INFORMATION CENTRE or BIC is a unit in the Department of Quantity Surveying, Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor, Malaysia. It is a unit to complement the study of Bachelor of Quantity Surveying, B.Sc. in Construction, M.Sc. in Construction Contract Management and post graduate study (by research) in quantity surveying.
