The site of workbase 1 for semester 2 2021/2022 is locate just beside UEM Sunrise building, while the site itself is actually a parking lot, which is surrounded by many high-rise buildings. From the site, we can observe that there is one abandoned construction nearby, but it might be abandoned due to the fact that the site visit day was a weekend after all. We could also observe that there is one yellow building afar which is actually the Teega Tower, where some eateries are located there. The people flow around the site is low however, which might be due to there is less attractions around the site, but the main attractions of people coming around is actually the Marina Walk which is opposite the primary road from our site. Anyway, we may take this opportunity to propose our building as one attractions for people to come by and have activities other than walking by Marina Walk and the Sandy Beach.
