-Micro climate in Iskandar Puteri will be changed in near future due to the planned urban development that will turn Iskandar Puteri into High-density city as compared to now.
-Lack of social spaces and attractions provided for the community.
“Before the implementation of Iskandar Puteri Malaysia, Nusajaya was a rural area. Surrounding area was inhabited mostly by an aborigine group called ‘ ORANG SELETAR’
Ideation
To create a building design which provide with passive design strategies and sustainable building programmes. The aim for this building is to revitalize the existing fisherman’s activity area based on the concept of adabtability of the site development to “bring back the past” of the fisherman community. People will NOT only learn but they will also experience how does the old fishing culture in Johor.
