Manifesto

The food industry is the most essential priority to look at since it offers the basic necessity for all forms of life. With the growing global population and increasing food demand and production, food manufacturing is the most important thing to look at. However, in the manufacturing, preparation, and presentation of food and beverages, the quality of the product itself must be emphasized.

When it comes to Kluang, the most populous age group in Johor is 20-29 years old, according to data from the Department of Statistics Malaysia. The government has made commercial properties available to locals who want to start their own enterprises. However, it is neglected as newer generations left Kluang in search of better job possibilities.

As a result, the design objective is to include all aspects of the food chain, from farming to processing to serving, as well as provide training and facilities for the F&B industry. This F&B Creative Hub focuses on three main areas: education, food and beverage, and agriculture. In terms of education, this food hub provides newcomers from the community with the opportunity to gain experience in the food and beverage business. Essentially, it is a place that people can learn about the food and beverage process, as well as maintenance and culinary skills. A food lab, as well as a shared community kitchen and other f&b facilities, is available for people with culinary potential who want to create their own F&B business. Aside from that, the food hub has a marketplace where organic food products and crops from urban farming are sold.

As a result, this f&b creative hub will boost Kluang by improving the capabilities and outcomes of the food and beverage industry in the area. I hope that this manifesto aids all readers in understanding my design intent. Thank you for reading! :))
