Kluang is a really special place after I look at the information about the nearby buildings and especially the shoplots. Different from the well-organized urban area, Kluang is a city full of story that can be told through the rich variety of architectural style it had. Even with its variety, Kluang still portrayed a pattern within its development of style in a certain growth direction, emphasizing the importance of railway tracks through hierarchy.
However, the city can be said, in my opinion being destroyed by some of the graffiti when they tried to implement their cultural identity. Saying about mural art, I think George Town did a really good job. Whenever I look into George Town’s mural art, I can feel the story behind it which in turns respond to the city context.
