SIMPI 2018 Conference organised by Centre for Real Estate Studies (CRES) and UTM Real Estate, Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying. 11-12 December 2018. The Everly Hotel, Putrajaya.

More than 80 papers have been presented from Malaysia , Indonesia and The Phillipines. SIMPI is initiative from 3 Asian countries namely Malaysia (UTM) Indonesia (Universiti Bung Hatta) and The Phillipines (Far Eastern University) to promote sustainable communities in this region. Next SIMPI conference will be in Manila, Phillipines.
