The Bachelor in Quantity Surveying and B.Sc in Construction programmes are accredited by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for the 2004-2008 academic years.
The RICS evaluation panel has visited the Department of Quantity Surveying, Faculty of Built Environment on the 7th October 2009 to re-accredit the above programmes. The outcome of the visit is very positive.. the panel will recommend to the RICS Board of Studies to re-accredit the Bachelor of Quantity Surveying and Bsc in Construction programmes for the 2009-2013 academic years.
